We arrange thorough cleaning after every check-out. A clean unit produces happy guests and good reviews, which directly affects occupancy rates.
Bedding, towels and essential consumables are provided for each guest, including shower gel, shampoo, coffee capsules, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, olive oil, salt & pepper and dish soap.
Everything is in place to create a warm welcome, making guests feel right at home.
Proper maintenance prevents costly repairs in the long run. In addition, a well-maintained property contributes to positive reviews and higher occupancy rates.
At STAY-C we take care of your accommodation by performing checks on a regular basis.
Minor repairs are done immediately. For larger repairs, we consult with the owner.
At STAY-C we like to operate quickly and efficiently. As soon as a customer checks out, cleaning is immediately alerted to get started. The app also notifies small jobs, such as a light bulb that needs to be replaced.
After cleaning, the next tenant will receive immediate notification that the accommodation is available.
